Growing up surrounded by beaches, salt air, sunshine, seashells, and coastal towns shaped not only my style, but also the way I see life, slower, simpler, and more connected to nature.

Every piece I create is inspired by the coast itself: the colors of the Gulf at sunset, weathered driftwood, tropical flowers, hidden beach paths, surf culture, island living, and treasures collected along the shore. I wanted to build a brand that captures that feeling, the feeling of escaping the everyday and finding your peace by the water.

I’m a travel advisor, content creator, beach lover, and coastal lifestyle enthusiast who’s always chasing sunshine, salt air, and the next adventure. If there’s an ocean view, a hidden beach town, or a tropical getaway involved, I’m probably already there… or planning it.

Coastal Current Co. was created from my love for travel, the ocean, and the laid-back coastal lifestyle that feels like home to me. Growing up in Florida, I spent years exploring beach towns, boating, cruising, visiting the Florida Keys, and discovering the hidden gems that make coastal life so special. I’ve always been the person researching the best places to stay, planning every detail of a trip, and finding unique spots most people overlook.

Before turning my passion into a business, I spent nearly 16 years as a teacher. Planning, organizing, and helping others came naturally to me, but over time I realized my heart was pulling me toward something more creative and freedom-filled. So I took a leap, left the classroom, and built a brand centered around the things I love most — travel, coastal living, creativity, and connection.

Today, Coastal Current Co. is a blend of all those passions. Through travel guides, destination inspiration, beach lifestyle content, handmade coastal-inspired pieces, and carefully curated finds, I hope to inspire others to slow down, explore more, and find their own current.

What started as a passion for exploring Florida’s beaches, hidden gems, tropical destinations, and coastal towns slowly turned into something bigger, a place to share inspiration, creativity, and the feeling that comes with living life near the water.
